the first narcissus
opens with a petal
missing
पहली नरगिस
खुल गई एक पंखुड़ी
रहित
windfall pears -
where birds did not
peck at, I eat
वायुपातित नाशपाती -
जिनमें चिड़ियों ने नहीं
चोंच मारी, मैं खा रहा
morning dew -
a lone spider weaves
yesterday's dream
सुबह की ओस -
अकेली मकड़ी बुन रही
कल का स्वप्न
watching leaves fall,
I see bits of my life
falling too
गिरते हुए पत्ते देख
मैं देखता हूँ अपने जीवन के टुकड़ों
को भी गिरते हुए
best colours -
not in spring meadows but
in this withered field
श्रेष्ठ रंग -
नहीं हैं वसन्त के मैदानों में परन्तु
इस सूखे खेत में
